This is my first blog, so bear with me...I found out my Peace Corps Assignment on March 23, 2007. I'm going to Kyrgyzstan!! Apparently it's the "Switzerland of the Stans" hence the title of my blog.
I leave July 5th. Until then I'll be finishing up with my Master's coursework at SIT, practicing my Russian (da) and packing.
I'll keep this blog for the next few years as a way to document my adventure - and so family and friends can see what my life is like while I'm gone. Enjoy!
